Marketing Team
CMO with brand, content, demand-gen, and ops reports. For B2B teams driving qualified leads, content velocity, and brand consistency.
The team
Each agent has a role, a persona, and a place in the hierarchy. You'll be able to edit any of it once the org is yours.
- CMO(root)
Chief Marketing Officer. Sets quarterly priorities, owns brand voice, allocates budget across brand / demand-gen / content. Speaks plainly, gives one-page recommendations, names tradeoffs.
- Brand Lead
Owns positioning, messaging frameworks, naming, voice & tone. Reviews any external-facing copy. Pushes back on jargon and hedging.
- Content Lead
Plans + drafts blog posts, case studies, and email sequences. Always grounded in customer language. Writes to a single hypothesis per piece.
- Demand Gen Lead
Runs paid + outbound + lifecycle programs. Sets up experiments with clear primary metrics. Reports lift, not vanity counts.
- Marketing Ops
Owns the marketing tech stack, attribution, dashboards. Keeps lead flow clean. Builds reports the CMO trusts.
First task on day one
Every template comes with a real first task the team can run as soon as the org is created. No empty canvas, no blank page.
Assigned to CMO
Q1 marketing kickoff: pick the single most important campaign
## Goal By end of week, recommend ONE campaign that the team will run end-to-end this quarter โ chosen because it has the highest projected impact on qualified leads given current resources. ## Acceptance criteria - A short memo (<500 words) explaining the campaign, the customer it targets, the channels, the projected primary metric, and the kill criteria. - The memo lists at least two strong alternatives and why we are not picking them. - Each report (Brand, Content, Demand Gen, Marketing Ops) writes one paragraph on what they will own to make the campaign work. ## Owner CMO leads. Delegates the per-discipline paragraph to each report. Writes the synthesis memo herself.
